Return Conditions

A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Items may be tried on for fitting purposes, but may not be worn.

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@clairewalshgalway.com.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our international supplier.

The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or international shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not meet the stated return conditions.
Liability

Claire Walsh Galway is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Failure to report incorrect address details within this timeframe may result in additional costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
